The service

VetBridge (operated by Green Coast Pet) is a platform that connects pet owners with independent, licensed veterinarians and organizes pet health records. VetBridge itself is not a veterinary practice and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. All medical judgments are made solely by the independent veterinarian you choose, who is responsible for their own care decisions and licensure. VetBridge verifies vet licenses before they can practice on the platform.

Not for emergencies

VetBridge is never a substitute for emergency care. If your pet has a sudden or severe problem, go to an in-person emergency veterinarian immediately. The app screens for emergency signs before telehealth tools and will direct you to emergency care when indicated.

Telemedicine rules

Veterinary telemedicine is regulated state by state. VetBridge automatically applies your state's rules: what kind of visit a vet may conduct for you, and whether a prescription may be issued, is determined by those rules and cannot be overridden. Controlled substances are never prescribed through VetBridge.

AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence (like photo-based health checks and plain-language visit summaries). AI outputs are general information only — never a diagnosis, treatment advice, or dosing instructions — and every AI feature is labeled accordingly with a path to a licensed vet. Vet-facing AI drafts are reviewed and approved by the veterinarian before you see them.

Product suggestions and insurance

Product suggestions may include affiliate links, which are always disclosed where shown. Insurance features are informational lead-generation only: VetBridge is not an insurance broker, does not give policy advice, does not rank plans by compensation, and rates shown are indicative until confirmed by the insurer. Claim submission happens only with your explicit per-claim consent, with VetBridge acting as a transmission agent only.

Payments

Visit fees are shown before you book and processed by Stripe. Fees for completed visits are non-refundable except where required by law or where the visit could not be delivered.

Your content and data

You own what you upload. You grant VetBridge the license needed to operate the service (storing and displaying your content to the people you've connected). Optional, revocable AI-training consent is governed by the separate consent you may give in-app and by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no false records, no attempts to obtain prescriptions improperly, no accessing data that isn't yours, no interfering with the service.

Termination and changes

You can close your account anytime (Settings, or email care@yourvetbridge.com). We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
